Larry Readout has 30 years manufacturing experience, most recently with Siemens. Employed with EMC Insurance since 2003 as a Senior Engineer in the Home Office Risk Improvement department.

Developed EMC’s Slip Prevention hazard assessment service and numerous slip/fall related safety documents. Performed on-site slip/fall assessments at hundreds of facilities, both public and private sectors. Have spoken to dozens of organizations and at safety conferences on slip/fall hazards and prevention. Member of the ANSI sub-committee developing a standard test method for footwear slip resistance.
