Porous Concrete May Be the Answer to Urban Flooding, Slick Surfaces

A porous concrete called Topmix Permeable may be the answer to reducing flash flooding in urban areas, as well as significantly reduce the amount of standing water on sidewalks, parking lots, bike paths, roads and more in rainy weather. OSHA Inspectors to Look More Closely at Health Care Slip and Fall Hazards

In an effort to combat the growing numbers of workplace injuries at health care facilities, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will expand the enforcement abilities of inspectors for certain potential hazards.
