Porous Concrete May Be the Answer to Urban Flooding, Slick Surfaces

A porous concrete called Topmix Permeable may be the answer to reducing flash flooding in urban areas, as well as significantly reduce the amount of standing water on sidewalks, parking lots, bike paths, roads and more in rainy weather.
